Michael Wright

Michael is a Director of Greenstreet Berman Ltd with over 30 years’ experience and leads our a) research, evaluation and communications portfolio of work, mainly for government agencies and regulators, covering promotional, regulatory, risk management and communications issues, and b) safety culture assessment and behaviour change work for high hazard organisations and public safety promotion agencies and charities.

Jon has over 40 years’ professional experience applying Human Factors solutions to the management of the human contribution to risk, both in high-hazard and other industries (nuclear, rail, aviation, oil and gas, emergency services, utilities, healthcare, pharmaceuticals), spanning industrial organisations, government agencies and regulators.

Shirin has over 20 years’ experience in accounting across various organisations. She is our finance manager responsible for all finance related matters including monitoring of day-to-day financial operations within the company, reviewing financial data and preparing monthly and annual reports, tracking the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement; and establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company.
