Greenstreet Berman produced a set of surveys for everyday visitors of five government departmental websites to complete. The surveys were designed to help the DWP gauge public opinion across the five websites. The five websites were:
The surveys aided the departments in discovering how people used the websites, what they used them for and what improvements they would like to see implemented. There were over 6,000 responses to all the surveys. Greenstreet Berman then analysed the information, producing a detailed breakdown of the results and offering cross comparisons across all the sites. |
