| What we did |
Greenstreet Berman carried out a series of focus groups with vulnerable sections of the community that are most at risk from fire in the home (eg. single parents, the elderly, alcoholics and deprived families). The work explored their attitudes to fire and fire precautions and the types of messages and communication channels they thought might encourage them to protect themselves from fire risk. Greenstreet Berman produced a systematic approach to tailoring messages to each section of the community. |
