Human Factors consultancy opportunities
Location: Central London or Reading
The posts support our Human Factors work in the nuclear, rail, oil and gas and other sectors, where we adopt a solutions-oriented approach to the prevention of major accidents, and to improvements in performance. This includes applied Human Factors methods such as task and error analysis, safety assessments, Human Reliability Assessment and interface ergonomics. It also includes research and consultancy in such areas as safety culture, organisational factors, competence, risk management, etc and development of associated tools such as web-enabled assessment tools.
An appropriate post-graduate qualification and some relevant consultancy experience are preferred. You need to be stimulated by a wide variety of project work, keen to work in a small dynamic consultancy and enthusiastic about risk management.
